Hotel Qaqortoq

		General information, terms & conditions All reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. of the day of arrival, unless we have been informed otherwise, e.g. due to a late arrival, canceled boat/helicopter trip or other delays. If a guest does not show up on the arrival date and no cancellation or explanation has been received by the hotel, we will invoice the guest for one night and the rest of the reservation will be canceled. We ask that guests settle their bills on the day of their checkout, unless otherwise agreed. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m., but in some cases another check-in time can be arranged. Check-out is no later than 10:30 a.m. If a guest has not checked out before 10:30 a.m., we reserve the right to charge for an additional night. If the room is booked to another party later the same day and the guest is not at the hotel, housekeeping will pack the guest's belongings and bring them to the reception desk and a fee of 250 DKK will be charged. Late checkouts can be arranged for a fee of DKK 100 per agreed hour, unless the room is rebooked to another party later that same day. Standard group bookings & conference group bookings A booking of 8 rooms or more will be considered a group booking and a minimum number of rooms must be confirmed at least 30 days before arrival. If the entire group's reservation or individual rooms are canceled less than 30 days before arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice.
