The reservation is binding for the specified number of conference participants, but may be increased in the course of the event.
Please inform the reception staff as early as possible if there is a change in the number of guests, so the chef has enough time
to prepare extra food. Requests during the day to change the menu will be billed extra.

Invoicing
All invoicing for booked conferences, catering and additional events is issued to the person or organization that ordered the event.
Invoices to other individuals or organizations can only be written when this has been agreed with Hotel Qaqortoq's Conference department,
at least 1 week BEFORE the start of the course.

Please fill out our conference form and send it to us.
If there are different starting times or different catering requests, one form must be completed for each day the course is held.

Cancellation
Cancellation of a conference is free of charge up to 72 hours before the beginning of an event.
If the cancellation happens less than 72 hours before Hotel Qaqortoq will bill 99 DKK per person if a conference package
including lunch has been booked.
